Acquisition of Casino War Blackjack Marks AGS’s Official Entry into Table Games Business

LAS VEGAS, NV – AGS® (the “Company”), a proven gaming machine supplier for Class II markets with an emerging presence in both Class III markets and new product categories, announced today that effective July 18th, 2014, the Company purchased Casino War Blackjack, Inc. and its portfolio of table games, most notably War Blackjack™.

Gaming Systems ("AGS") purchased War Blackjack, Inc. and its portfolio
of table games, most notably War
Blackjack. This acquisition marks AGS’s official entry into the table games business
and we couldn’t be more confident in the quality of War Blackjack to kick off our inauguration.

30 casinos across 7 jurisdictions since its official launch in December
2013. The game’s remarkable momentum
continues as player demand for a unique and exciting blackjack experience
intensifies, resulting in a healthy pipeline of installations lined up in
various markets.
What Changes?
Very little. There are no changes to your current contract. Pending jurisdictional approval, we will begin repapering contracts over the next few months.
